Staff Representative

Standard Operating Procedures

The purpose of the Staff Representative at Fredonia Radio Systems is to serve as liaison between the staff and the Board of Directors. Another facet of the position is to be the voice of the staff and communicate their best interests to the Board.

Duties:

● Record minutes at weekly board meetings

● Relay important information concerning upcoming events and meetings to staff

● Create and maintaining mailboxes for each staff member

● Maintain and moderate staff Angel, Facebook and Gmail accounts

● Work with Station Manager when using disciplinary actions against a staff member(s)

● Organize staff social events, campus media activities, and alumni receptions

● Help with the organization of charity events

● Address the concerns, complaints, and suggestions of staff

● Make appointments to respective operations positions

● Maintain the Fredonia Radio Systems scrapbook
